   Background facts:  Historic  &  Present


    Past:
- women worked in miner jobs in the past.
- men in the old days didn't want women to work they only wanted them to mainly work at home.

    Present:
- women are welling to work in all kinds of jobs Even if it was mixed invairument jobs.

       Participants:
family members/husbands.

       Conflict:
women wanting to work and most family members/husbands are against it.

(P/F) : male family members/husbands are using there power to stop women from working and women are afraid to ask for jobs after completing there study's in fear of there family/husbands.
(H/S) : family's/husbands are afraid that women would shame them if they worked in mixed jobs.

4.    What is a suitable Re-solution to this conflict?

- give awareness for family members/husbands on the importance of the women work force and benefits and there roll in society.
