Japanese believe in being in harmony in the group/community they don't believe in being individual
Dimensions :
1-Accountability: Japanese people are more on the community side because they believe that a person is not a whole but a part of group meaning that if a person express any sign of individuality he/she will be considered as an immature and un-accountable.
2- Destiny : Japanese are directed because they are expected to be a part of a group and do there part in it .
3- Context : Japanese are very formal people due to there religion and way of life.
My opinion : communities dictates the way we behave and think because we are born into them we don't choose them so most of our individual choeses are only a reflections of what our community wants us to be and think
